All about that grace

Yesterday I went to say goodnight to my daughter, Bee. I told her God loves her very much.

She replied “I’m good!”

I started to correct her “You’re not good. You do bad things sometimes. But God is good and he loves us.”

But she interrupted “The Jesus Storybook Bible says that when God made the world he said “You’re good!”, so I’m good!”

God made you.

He says “you’re good!”

Not because of what you do, but because you were made by him!
